Dues are needed to pay attorney fees, publicity, meeting costs, postage, and travel expenses charged by consultants.

Membership dues are for a calendar year or any portion thereof.  Members will receive a receipt for their membership dues and any other donations.

The following Contributing Membership Levels are per individual or family:
